Patrick Liew
Patrick Liew is a director of HSR Property Group. He also sits on the Board of Directors of companies that are involved in education, info-communications technologies, and investments. Previously, he was the Regional Director of Gartner Group, Head of Sales and Marketing Operations of Dow Jones Telerate, and a member of the management committee of Siemens Nixdorf.
Patrick earned an MBA from Henley Management College/Brunel University. He is a Certified International Property Specialist (U.S.A.). Patrick has traveled to most parts of the developed world and has been involved in property and property-related projects. He has participated in international property investments, property development, property financing and taxation, and the management of property investment consortium. Patrick has lectured on real estate issues all over the developed world.
Patrick has listed more properties in one year than most agents would do in ten years. Dr. Shirley Lim, a prominent business researcher and a former University lecturer commented in her book, ‘Peak Conquerors, Creative Leadership At All Levels’ that ‘nobody markets more properties from all over the world to Asians than Mr. Patrick Liew’.
Patrick is the co-author of a best selling book and has co-produced more than ten personal development systems. He has written 3 training manuals on business management and is arguably the first person in the world to author a multimedia e-learning program on entrepreneurship. Patrick was an advisor of the Singapore Polytechnic, International Board Member of a non-profit business association, past President of an entrepreneurs club, a past Vice-President of the Singapore Computer Society, and a board member of two civic groups.
Patrick is ‘widely considered as one of the best speakers in Asia’ (Direct Sales Journal). He is the first Asian to teach at the National Speakers Association, the world’s largest body of platform speakers. During the Asian Crisis, he was the first Asian to address the NAR Convention at Orlando, Florida with an attendance of more than 20,000 real estate agents from all over the world. Patrick was a keynote speaker at the first Asian Venture Capitalist Forum. More recently, together with Harry Reid, one of the most powerful politicians in USA, he keynoted the first global direct sales conference for year 2003 at Las Vegas, Nevada. He also spoke at the Direct Marketing Symposium organized by the leading business society in Beijing, China.
Donald Yeo
Donald Yeo is an icon in the industry. He held senior management positions in two other agencies. Over the past 16 years, he has proven to be highly effective in coaching top producers and producing breakthrough systems and technologies. Donald was a pioneer in building teams, having led about 500 agents and contributed 30% of the top producers in the company. He went on to lead the organization of about 2000 agents before being headhunted to build another agency almost from scratch to a strength of 800 advisors. Under his leadership, HSR can only grow from strength to strength.
Kellie Liew
Kellie Liew is one of the most established real estate professional, having been in the industry for more than 20 years. She had served as the Honorary Secretary of the Association of Singapore Realtors. Kellie has been involved in almost every major sector of the industry and has personally taught many top producers. She devotes a major portion of her time helping people through spiritual struggles and other difficulties in life.
