Patrick Liew Siow Gian

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr Liew is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HSR Global Limited (“HSR”and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) and was appointed to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of HSR on 19 January 2011. He is responsible for the overall general management of the Group, its business strategy, development of markets and the Group’s future plans and directions. Prior to the completion of the Reverse Takeover of Wepco Ltd, Mr Liew joined HSR International Realtors Pte Ltd (“HSR International”) as a Director in 1994 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2003.

Mr Liew has over 15 years of experience in the real estate agency business. At HSR International, he introduced various international business concepts and spearheaded the business re-organisation of the Group. He also focused on the importance of enhancing skills of the marketing agents through structured and ongoing comprehensive training programmes.

Mr Liew is currently a member of the committee of two real estate-related bodies,the Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies (SAEA) and The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). In addition, he represents HSR International on the committee of the Association Singapore Estate Agencies (ASEA). In 2008, Mr Liew was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year for Social Contribution by the Rotary Club of Singapore and Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (ASME).

Mr Liew holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Brunel University and a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) degree from Heriott Watt University and a Master of Science degree from the City University of New York, United States of America.


Lim Sook Lin (Mrs Callie Liew)

Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer of HSR, Ms Lim is responsible for the overall management of the business units and operations of the Group. Ms Lim was appointed to the Board of HSR on 19 January 2011. She founded HSR International in 1981 and has been involved in managing the company since its incorporation. Ms Lim previously served as the Honorary Secretary of the Association of Singapore Realtors. An industry veteran, she has close to 30 years of experience in the real estate agency business.

Over the years, Ms Lim has received various accolades for her achievements. She received the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award in 2009 from Enterprise Asia. In 2010, she was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year for Social Contribution by the Rotary Club of Singapore and ASME. She has also received the Singapore Women’s Weekly “Great Women of our Time 2011 “ Award for Finance for Finance and Commerce.

Ms Lim holds a Master of Science degree with a focus in International Business and Marketing from the City University of New York, United States of America. She graduated as a member of prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honour society serving business programmes accredited by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.


Donald Han

Special Adviser
HSR Property Group
Area of Responsibility

Donald Han is HSR Property Group’s Special Advisor. He brings to the firm some 25 years’ of relevant real estate consultancy, brokerage and management experience. As Special Advisor, he will assist the Company to expand new real estate capabilities/services and to help increase/diversify the Group’s revenue and profit. He will also help to identify key markets for HSR’s regional footprint expansion.

Employment History

Donald spent 6 years at Richard Ellis’ investment sales department before joining a local property development company. In 1997, Donald formed a private company to forge an alliance with Cushman & Wakefield, where he was in charge of servicing corporate real estate requirements of Fortune 500 companies. The successful synergy led to the opening of a full-fledged Cushman & Wakefield office in Singapore in 1997. Donald held the position of Managing Director (Singapore operations) from 1997 to 2008, Regional Managing Director (Capital Markets Asia Pacific) from 2009 to 2010 and Vice Chairman in 2011.

Personal

Donald holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the National University of Singapore where he majored in the field of Estate Management. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.

Experience

Donald was involved in the complex 334,000 sq ft 3Com campus sale and lease back exercise in Singapore that won him the prestigious Cushman & Wakefield International Deal of the Year Award in 2001. In 2006, he won Cushman & Wakefield (Asia Pacific) Top Service Excellence Award for Investment Sales Brokerage. In the last 2 years, he was responsible in concluding 3 major hospitality transactions involving the purchase of the 320-room W (Court & Tuscany) Hotel New York for US$78 mil, the sale of 100-key water villas at Mudhohoo Island in Maldives for US$60 mil and the successful luxury hotel operator selection of Sofitel Sol (135-room) in Singapore. In 2007, Donald was appointed to as Honorary Advisor to the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore (REDAS). In 2009, he was appointed by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) as an advisory member to the Design Advisory Committee. In 2010, Cityscape Asia appointed him as an Advisory Board member. Recently in 2011, he was appointed as an advisory member to the Council of Estate Agents (Education & Professional Development Committee)


MR. LEOW QUEK KIEN

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Leow is our Chief Financial Officer. He joined the Group in December 2011 and has more than 15 years of accounting and finance experience in various industries. He is responsible for the corporate finance function of the Group and matters relating to accounting, financial administration and reporting obligations of the Group.

He holds a degree in Accountancy from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and is a Certified Public Accountant of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.



MR. DONALD YEO

Head, Support & Services

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Donald was a regular serviceman with the Singapore Armed Forces (“S.A.F.”). Having contributed 12 of his best years in the S.A.F. Commando unit, Donald was awarded National Servicemen of the year in July 1999 in recognition of his dedicated service.

After leaving the S.A.F., Donald joined ERA Real Estate as a salesperson. Since then, he had achieved numerous achievements and awards making him an icon within the industry. As a salesperson, he was once awarded one of the Top Producers in the industry. As a team leader, he had led a team of about 1,000 salespersons and was awarded the Top Performing team for 3 consecutive years. As a result of his achievement, Donald was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President in ERA Real Estate, taking charge of training, coaching and recruitment. In 2004, Donald was head hunted by Century 21 Singapore Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Century 21”). During his tenure with Century 21, Donald successfully built up a team of 850 salespersons in less than 5 months. Finally, bringing with him 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, Donald joined the Group in May 2005 where he was instrumental in creating one of its kind marketing and recruitment products, training systems which had increased the productivity of salespersons in the Group. Currently, Donald assists the Chief Operating Officer in overseeing the Group’s daily operations and supporting the sales, marketing, recruitment and training functions in the Group.


MS. DONNA LIM

Head, Overseas Project

Donna Lim started her career in real estate with the Group in 1993. She was subsequently promoted to Sales Director of Overseas Projects, marketing properties from Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Canada and the United States of America.

As a Certified International Property Specialist, accredited Australian Bank Home Loan Originator and a pioneer in overseas property investments, she was instrumental in helping the Group become one of the market leaders in marketing overseas properties. She has organised numerous record breaking overseas project launches that contributed to the success and growth of several developers.

From 2004 to 2008, Donna has taken up opportunity to work in Australia for the Brady Group as Senior Sales Manager, managing several sales teams and projects, and also gaining experience in project construction, settlement, completion and management.

With her 15 years of both local and overseas experience, Donna re-joined the Group in 2008 as Head of Overseas Property Investments. She solely manages the business development, sales & marketing and a team of consultants providing such professional and specialised services.


MR. ALAN TAN

Head, Sales & Marketing
Deputy Head, Local Projects

Alan joined the Group in 2011 and is our Head of Sales & Marketing and Deputy Head of Projects. He works mainly with property developers to market their property development projects in Singapore. Besides pitching for projects, he is also involved in setting and coordinating sales strategies, recruiting, briefing and training project agents. Alan has been in the property industry for more than 12 years. Prior to joining us, he had worked in Hong Leong Holdings for 11 years where he was their Sales & Marketing Director in Beijing, China for 8 years. After leaving Hong Leong Holdings, he joined Frasers Centrepoint Limited in 2010 as their Marketing Manager where he was involved in the successful launches of Esparina Residences and Eight Courtyards from the beginning of the project acquisition to its launch. Alan brings to the Group his vast and rich experience working with property developers, which the Group can leverage on to match the requirement and expectation of both property developers and property agents.

Alan graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.


MR. JEFFREY GOH

Head, Investment Sales

Jeffrey Goh is recognized as one of Singapore’s leading authorities on collective sales and investment sales. He held similar positions in previous companies before joining the Group and had achieved a personal sales track record of S$1.33 billion worth of collective sales between the year from 2005 to 2012. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, his achievements have gained him international recognition in this industry. Jeffrey joined the Group in March 2010.

Prior to joining the Group, Jeffrey’s portfolio included several large scale collective sale sites such as Lucky Tower (sold to City Developments for $383 million in May 2006) and several projects that entailed the amalgamation of land parcels for redevelopment, such as Century Ville-Le Marque-Villa Margaux (sold to Far East Organization for $145.5 million in September 2006). These projects have highlighted Jeffrey’s acumen and his capabilities as a real estate professional able to maximise and create value for the Group.


MR. LIM TS

Head, Business Development & Corporate Advisory

TS Lim joined the Group in 2007 and is our Head of Business Development & Corporate Advisory. He is responsible for the acquisition of residential and industrial projects in local and regional markets. As part of the corporate advisory work, he works closely with property developers in the provision of Government Land Sales (GLS) public tenders advice, land parcels investments and joint venture business opportunities for the Group in the local and regional markets. He oversees the Group’s facilities in areas relating to the maintenance and rental of certain premises.

TS Lim started his career in 1993 with Hong Leong Finance and thereafter with UOB Bank as its Branch Head, managing the consumer banking segment of the branch. In 1999, he joined Olivean Solomons Jewellery as its Regional Director, Business Development & Operations, overseeing the expansion and operations of the business in the local and Asia region until 2007.

Mr Lim graduated from Lincoln University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Management (Hons) Degree with major in Business Management and Finance.
